My room included climate control, cable television and a mini fridge bar. The location of the hotel was comfy, in the centre. Moreover, it was close enough to Thailand as well as train station and airport.

Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I will be returning here soon. The hotel was ideal and comfy, had modern rooms. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with the Air Conditioner, laptop and that was great.

Secondly, the staff were really friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with an awesome shower. The attention to detail and basic amenities were also impressive.

The hotel was affordable and close to the city center. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The shower had good water pressure and was enjoyable after a long day out exploring the city.

The breakfast offered was subpar and barely edible. The staff were not very helpful and didn't speak English well, which made it difficult to communicate.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel - right in the centre of everything, with a great selection of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging a mini-bus pick up for us at short notice. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness standards and well-maintained hotel facilities.

If you're looking for an affordable and convenient hotel, this place is perfect! The location is great- within walking distance of the main plaza and next to some great restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast selection is limited, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The hotel also has a buggy to transport you to off-site parking. The only downside is a minor communication issue, but it was quickly resolved. an excellent hotel for budget travelers who want to be close to everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Surat Thani and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were always ready to assist with any needs or questions I had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby. I particularly enjoyed the strong and hot showers, as well as the comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel also had fast and reliable WiFi, which was great for staying connected. I had a fabulous time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Surat Thani.

The morning staff was rude and impolite. They gave us conflicting information about the checkout time and then demanded extra payment in a very unfriendly manner.
